What can I include in my estimate?
Tell us which rooms and surfaces you want painted, and flag any drywall damage, glossy surfaces, stains, or special colors. Photos help us understand the starting point; we’ll confirm the actual scope in the estimate.
Do you repair holes and damaged drywall?
Yes. We can include appropriate patching and surface preparation in your painting scope. Larger or hidden damage is assessed separately.
What if my walls are glossy?
Glossy surfaces may need cleaning, sanding or deglossing, and a suitable primer before finish paint. We’ll choose the prep based on the existing coating and surface condition.
How long does interior painting take?
It depends on room size, repairs, colors, and the surfaces included. We’ll discuss the expected work schedule once the scope is clear.
Are you insured?
Yes. JC Coatings is insured and offers a one-year workmanship warranty for qualifying work under the written project terms.
